Do you allow children at Everything Retreat?
As much as we love meeting your little ones, we are an adults only retreat with a minimum age of 18+.
If I call or email, will I get a better rate than online?
We always make sure we put our best available rates online but if you would like to talk through any aspect of your stay please call us on 01254 965095 and we will be happy to help.
What time is Check-in/Check out?
Check is from 3.00pm and check out is 10.30am.
Are there any rooms that accommodate 3 adults?
All of our lodges accommodate two adults and one small dog.
Can I get breakfast delivered to my lodge?
Yes, we offer breakfast boxes for two - filled with fresh fruit, pastries and more, these must be pre ordered. Please contact us directly on 01254 965095 or email [email protected] for further information.
Am I allowed to smoke in my lodge?
Unfortunately, smoking is not permitted inside. There are designated areas outside and our team will provide you with an ashtray upon request.
Am I allowed to bring my dog?
Yes, We love to meet your furry friends - but in consideration for our other guests, we do have one or two requests when bringing your dog to ensure that everyone gets the very best out of their stay:
- Please make sure you take responsibility for ensuring your dog’s good behaviour.
- Our grounds are entirely dog friendly, all we ask is that you keep them on their lead at all times and please clean up after them.
- There are plenty of nearby walking routes and dog-friendly venues where your dog is welcome to explore. Ask a member of our team for more information.
You will be able to add your dog to your reservation within the booking process. You can find this under 'add-on's' located on the confirmation page.

Please note we only allow one small dog per lodge.

Is housekeeping included within my stay?
Your lodge will be cleaned to the highest standard before your arrival. If you have booked a short break additional housekeeping is not included but can be arranged upon request. If you are staying with us for 7 nights or more you will have additional housekeeping included on either the Monday or the Friday during your stay.
